The 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class will be available in three models that we know of so far, each available in sedan, coupe, and cabriolet body styles. The 2019 C 300 and 2019 C 300 4MATIC® will both come with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine rated for 255 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. This powertrain offers 14 more horsepower than the 2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class. The key difference between these two models is that one comes with Mercedes-Benz 4MATIC® all-wheel drive*.

Drivers with a craving for even more exemplary performance can opt for the 2019 Mercedes-AMG® C 43. This model comes standard with 4MATIC® all-wheel drive and boasts a 3.0-liter V-6 biturbo AMG® engine that cranks out 385 horsepower and 384 pound-feet of torque.

How fast does the 2019 C-Class go from 0-60?

The 0-60 mph acceleration time of the 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class depends on the engine, drive style, and body style. Coupe models tend to make the distance fractionally more quickly, and all models have an electronically limited top speed of 130 mph. We aren’t sure at this point about 0-60 times for most sedan models, with the exception of the AMG®, but you can see the coupe and convertible options of the 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class below.

  1. hub says:

Introduced in the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S 4MATIC+, drift mode allows the car to completely cut the front axle from its all-wheel-drive 4MATIC system and transfer all 604 hp (612 PS; 450 kW) and 627 lb?ft (850 N?m) of torque to the rear axle of the car. This allows the driver to engage in easier drifts due to the nature of the rear wheel drive function. To enable drift mode, the driver must select Race mode, turn ESP off, and put the automatic gearbox into manual shifting. Next, the driver must pull both the paddles towards them and an option for drift mode arises. To fully enable drift mode, the driver must pull the right paddle and drift mode is now enabled. Drift mode can be equipped with E-Class AMG models only.
