We’ve written before about the new 2019 Mercedes-AMG® GT Four-Door Coupe that will begin arriving at Mercedes-Benz dealerships sometime next year, but we’ve just learned that that is not the only new GT model on the horizon. There will also be a new GT S Roadster model joining the lineup later this year, along with the AMG® GT Roadster and the AMG® GT C Roadster. 2019 Mercedes-AMG® GT Roadster Models and Engine Output
With the addition of the 2019 Mercedes-AMG® GT S Roadster, there will be three of these open-air GT models: the GT, GT S and GT C. Each of these models will come with a handcrafted AMG® 4.0-liter V-8 engine with twin turbocharging. The GT S model will slot in between the other two in engine output and performance. AMG® GT S Roadster
- Horsepower: 515 horsepower

AMG® GT C Roadster
- Horsepower: 550 horsepower
- Torque: 502 pound-feet
- Top Speed: 196 mph
- 0-60 Acceleration: 3.6 seconds
Interior and Features of the 2019 GT Roadster
Each of these models will come equipped with a Nappa leather interior and a three-layer soft-top that can offer both comfortable temperature control and easy removal. The new 2019 Mercedes-AMG® GT S Roadster comes standard with a Silver Chrome interior package, and is available with other interior options. The AIRSCARF® system (which we’ve talked about more as it relates to the 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet) is designed to help keep drivers and passengers at a comfortable temperature even with the top down.
