2020 EQC Power and Charging Specs
The 2020 Mercedes-Benz EQC is an all-electric SUV that features a dual motor electric drivetrain at each axle. The EQC is able to reduce overall power consumption by configuring each drivetrain differently. The front electric motor offers the best possible efficiency when in the low to medium load range, while the rear motor on the EQC adds a kick of sportiness to the drive. The EQC generates a combined power rating of 402 horsepower and 564 pound-feet of torque. The 2020 EQC can take drivers from 0-60 mph in just 4.9 seconds and can reach a top speed of 112 mph. Powered by a lithium-ion battery with an 80-kWh capacity, the EQC offers drivers an estimated all-electric range of 279 miles.
The EQC features the DYNAMIC SELECT® system which offers drivers five driving programs. COMFORT, ECO, MAX RANGE, SPORT, and INDIVIDUAL drive options allow drivers to customize their experience behind the wheel to fit their preferred driving style.
The EQC comes standard with a 7.4-kW water-cooled onboard charger that allows for fast AC charging both at home and at public charging stations. In just about 40 minutes the battery in the 2020 EQC can be charged from 10 percent to 80 percent.
