We may not carry Mercedes-Maybach vehicles here at Star Motor Cars, but we can recognize the elegant luxury and cutting-edge quality that they represent. The Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury concept world debut was last month at the Auto China 2018 auto show. While this SUV concept may not immediately appear here at Star Motor Cars in Houston TX, luxury touches from this model may make their appearance on elite Mercedes-Benz models. We’re going to explore what makes the Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury concept unique and what parts of it we may be able to experience some day.

What makes the Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury concept unique?

The Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury concept vehicle is not your traditional SUV. Rather, it blends the designs of a sedan and crossover, all united with the Sensual Purity design language. This model is designed to offer a little of everything that luxury shoppers want, from exclusive interior materials and quality to an unstoppable sporty character.

Exterior Style and Grace

This concept, with its blended styling from both sedan and crossover origins, makes an immediate statement. Its radiator grille with chrome plating is reminiscent of a pinstripe suit, while low front headlights and large air inlets crossed with a honeycomb pattern contribute to a dynamic SUV look. The rear features a lighting design that echoes the front of the vehicle. The design of the model overall was drawn partically from the elegant new Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

Interior Elegance and Quality

While the front dashboard of the Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury offers premium good looks, this vehicle is primarily designed to chauffeur passengers in premium comfort. The rear seats boast Nappa leather in crystal white with rose gold accent stitching. An integrated tea service with an ebony tray, double 12.3-inch displays in the driver cockpit, and polished aluminum accents are some other interior highlights.
