The E 300 Sedan and E 300 4MATIC Sedan are both powered by a standard 2.0-liter inline-4 turbo engine, which generates 241 horsepower. Drivers looking to bump up the power behind the wheel can opt for the 362 horsepower-generating 3.0-liter V6 biturbo engine in the 450 4MATIC. The 2019 Mercedes-Benz E 53 generates an adrenaline-pumping 429 horsepower with its AMG-Enhanced 3.0-liter inline-6 turbo engine with EQ boost and electric auxiliary compressor. For even more heart-pounding thrills drivers can get behind the wheel of the 2019 E 63 S, which generates 603 horsepower and can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds thanks to the Handcrafted AMG 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine under its hood. The competing 2019 Lexus GS 350 is powered by a standard 2.0-liter turbo inline-4 engine with other trim-specific engines among its lineup. With its different engine options, the Lexus GS 350 generates a horsepower range of 241 horsepower to 311 horsepower.

The inside of the 2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is pure luxury with 64-color LED ambience lighting and a panoramic 12.3-inch central display.
